Usually for ITP it is 1 gr/k or more every 3-4 weeks. As for me, I have adopted the following: I will not make any decision on treatment based on only one test result because I have seen too many results which are suspect. Ex, a small clinic in Houston likes beta2m data as an indicator for treatment. In one 24 hour period, my beta2m tripled: duh, is this physical or chemical.
