What started as a personal journey of a doctor turned patient morphed into a way to share what’s universal in dealing with cancer, in my case a nasty leukemia (CLL), a failed transplant and a successful clinical trial. The telling of my journey has become a journey to teach about CLL, related blood issues and all cancers. Please visit our new website http://cllsociety.org for the latest news and information. Hi Brian,
I know what you mean about wanting feedback. Sometimes it feels like we're talking into the wind. well as you can see, I'm not a lurker. I enjoy leaving comments...and receiving them. So thanks for your comments on my blog and for your thought-provoking and informative posts.
Ha........just you wait....my Ducks play tonight, but only one game......and since it is pre-season it will be all the rookies also. Need to say that in case they blow it......Now remember.....GO DUCKS......

I learn something new every day from reading this blog. I didn't know that the Kings were the worst skaters in the NHL.
But, you're right; if they can pull off a miracle, so can your stem cells.
Dear Dr. K,
In case you haven't seen the paper yet today, my Ducks cleaned the clock of the Sharks........the strangest thing happened during the 3rd period......they came alive and finally started to play....I wonder if it was when the crowd booed the Kings win?
Hope today is the best day yet and that each and every day is better than the previous one.
J.....and oh yes..........GO DUCKS!
