"Good Day Sunshine" The Beatles

This is mainly for my staff.
Thank you. I miss you like crazy. I miss work.
My partners are the greatest too. It is such a comfort to know how well my patients are cared for while I am gone. I am humbled by your extra efforts and fully grateful.
The quilt and now the video. They both touch me deeply and makes my heart smile. I am so lucky.
I want to post the video so all at the office can see (others are welcome too, but it is mostly of interest to those with whom I work), but I am not sure how to get from the DVD to my post. There is an empty folder called Audio_TS and a folder called Video_TS which contains 2 each of .BUP, .IFO, and .VOB files. I have copied the DVD to my computer, but that was no help.
It plays fine in my computer and DVD player, but I just don't know how to get it up on the web. Any suggestions?
If you don't get to see it, let me give you a brief synopsis.
The writing and the acting is strong.  The director has cut to the heart of the matter. This is a story that leaves you on the edge of your seat, dabbing a tear from your eye. Without ruining it for you, the plot consists of everyone waving at the camera and wishing me well. I love it. Academy award stuff.

Dear Dr. Koffman,

Cancer let me know in a whole new way who loves me and how much.

Yet I realize now that I couldn't fully appreciate the thoughts and feelings of those who reached out during my initial course of chemotherapy. It's not that I didn't try; the physical and emotional demands of my illness made it impossible.

What's nice is that I kept all the letters. This week, while reorganizing and "decluttering" my study, I came across a folder with the letters I received in the month following my diagnosis in 1990. The experience of re-reading them has taken my understanding to another new level.

So I recommend hanging on to your letters, emails and videos. Years from now, they'll make a nice review on love.

With hope,
Wendy

I'm not sure if I'm just restating the obvious here, but it seems that you would have to get the video file up onto something like Quicktime or Windows Media Player first, and then load that file up on to the web. I'm not too good with audio/video stuff, but maybe if you tinker around a bit with either of those programs you can get it on there. Try checking under "Help" on Quicktime, maybe you can work your way through it.
Best of Luck,

I don't know if I can be of much help in uploading a video to this format, but I do know how to upload them to Facebook and My Space. It took me forever, but I think I have a handle on it.

My Space seems to be the easiest one to share videos on. I flunked you tube - but your son-in-law could sure help you with that one!

Love,
Juli

PS - you have me curious now - I would love to see it.

PS - Like you I would be lost without my music, that's why I subscribe to Bear Share (http://www.bearshare.com/) every month so I can listen to any music on my computer with it's quad sound. Just thought I would toss that one your way as well.
